cc-connect Hosting provisions and manages a cloud server that runs the cc-connect open-source bridge. You supply your own Claude Pro or Max subscription; we provide the infrastructure.
You may use the service for personal and commercial purposes in compliance with Anthropic's usage policies. You may not use the service for spam, abuse, illegal activity, or anything that violates the terms of the messaging platforms you connect.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your server will be decommissioned at the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We target 99% monthly uptime for the provisioning service. The cc-connect bridge itself runs on infrastructure you effectively own for the duration of your subscription. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, interruption of service, or any consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
We may update these terms with 14 days' notice by email. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
