When you subscribe, Stripe shares your email address and a customer identifier with us. We store these along with the IP address of the server we provision for you. We do not store your Claude API credentials, chat messages, or any other personal data.
We use your email address only to provision your server and communicate service-critical information (e.g. failures or cancellations). We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as needed to operate the service (DigitalOcean for VPS hosting, Stripe for billing).
Your account record is retained for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation the provisioned server is deleted within minutes. Account records are purged after 90 days.
SSH private keys used during provisioning are stored encrypted in our database and are not accessible after setup completes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
